The pair got married while taking shelter in the town's high school on Tuesday.
The two planned to have a private ceremony at their home, but they decided it was too cold without electricity to get married there.
Other people at the shelter sang "Here Comes the Bride," and the cafeteria staff even made a wedding cake.
The groom's three daughters attend the school.
He says he's glad to add a new memory there.
