Hotel tryst ends in diamond heist

NEW YORK

Kurt Kaiser, a diamond dealer, was drowning a long day in a deep cocktail or two. At some point, a young lady, who turned out to be a young professional lady, introduced herself and suggested they'd be more comfortable at a downtown hotel.

That is when Kaiser, who is single, understood she was a prostitute and agreed. When she suggested they stop and buy condoms, he agreed to that as well.

When they got to the hotel, Kaiser hid his bag of half a million dollars in uncut diamonds in a drawer in the room. He claims the suspect drugged him, and when he woke up, the diamonds, along with his passport and watch were all gone.

Police say the suspect is thirty four year old Erica Cooper, who sources say, has a criminal history that now has gotten quite a bit more serious. Cooper also goes by the name "Bianca Williams" and is approximately 5'9" and 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information in regard to this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. You can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to "274637" (CRIMES), then enter "TIP577" all calls are strictly confidential.
