Police arrested John Lee and Akil John, both 16, as well as 17-year old Vladimir Felix.
Authorities say they followed a UPS truck on their bicycles as it made deliveries in Franklin Square and Elmont Friday.
They're accused of opening packages left in front of houses, taking what they wanted, and then tossing what they didn't want to keep around the neighborhood.
The three are charged with seven counts each of Petit Larceny.
