Police released a sketch of the man they say held a knife to the 27-year-old woman's throat inside her Ozone Park apartment around 10 on Friday morning.
The victim says she took out the trash, and when she went back inside, the attacker followed and ordered her to take off her clothes.
After struggling with the suspect, the victim was somehow was able to get the knife away but ended up with cuts on her wrist and finger.
That's when the man took off.
Police say he was wearing a black hoodie with white lettering.
