Seeking one more term

He's been censured, investigated, perhaps humiliated by several financial scandals swirling around him. But none of that is stopping the dean of New York Congressmen, Charlie Rangel, from seeking a 23rd term next fall. Rangel says he's not tired nor tarnished; quite the contrary, he says, he's "fired up" and ready for another term.

We'll have the latest about the Democrat from Harlem's announcement, tonight at 11.

Also at 11, a balcony collapse at the historic Apollo Theater in London, during a performance with more than 700 people inside. About 40 people are hurt, but no one was killed.

We'll also have any breaking news of the night, plus Meteorologist Lee Goldberg's AccuWeather forecast and Rob Powers with the night's sports. I hope you can Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11.
