Rosario was rearrested at 8:15 a.m. Friday and charged with attempted coercion, official misconduct and sexual abuse.
The 40-year-old Rosario, a Harlem community affairs officer, already faces up to seven years in prison for allegedly groping a 27-year-old woman who says he lured into his car by offering to give her an application for a crossing-guard job. While investigating that March 2008 attack, prosecutors uncovered a March 2002 victim.
And prosecutors believe there may have been similar attacks over the years, and continue to ask possible victims to come forward.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office asked that anyone with information on any such attacks call (212) 335-8905.
