He was stabbed in the neck while waiting at a bus stop at Broad and Market streets on Monday afternoon, police said.
The victim was taken UMDNJ in critical condition. He died a short time later.
Investigators do not know why the victim was targeted.
Police say they have surveillance video of the suspects running away.
The search for a suspects continue.
