Juan Castillo claims he went into diabetic shock because he was held for 30 hours without his medication.
The 25-year-old Manhattan man says he was arrested on disorderly conduct for placing his foot on a subway seat last Sept. 17. He says he had to raise his leg to administer the insulin through his pants.
Castillo says he takes insulin five times a day.
A judge later dismissed the charge.
