Police say 48-year-old Shawndell Wilder, of Greenlawn, was driving while intoxicated with his girlfriend's 1-year-old child in the back seat.
Wilder was pulled over on Jericho Turnpike near Cooper Avenue in Huntington Station Wednesday afternoon.
Under the recently enacted Leandra's Law, Wilder is now charged with a felony count of aggravated DWI with a passenger 15 years old or younger.
