The collision killed the driver and the woman in the other vehicle.
Suffolk County police say Joseph Correa, 19, was behind the wheel of an Acura when he slammed into 62-year-old Madeline Vivich's Suzuki on the road, also known as North Ocean Avenue.
The accident happened around 9 p.m. Friday.
A passenger in Correa's car survived the crash.
