Three hundred-fifty men and women who are either legally blind or have low vision will participate in the event.
The ride kicks off at 10:00 a.m. at 135th Street in Manhattan's Riverside Park and ends at Pier One.
Sighted and low vision bikers will be paired on tandem bikes.
Lighthouse International is sponsoring the fundraiser to raise vision awareness.
