Police released a sketch of one of the suspects.
Investigators say the thieves target elderly residents and gain access by claiming to work for the water department.
Once inside, they steal property and take off on foot.
The first incident happened on December 19, and the most recent on February 7.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
