Police released surveillance pictures of three suspects.
Authorities say they hailed a livery cab around 6:40 a.m. at /*Union Turnpike*/ and the /*Grand Central Parkway*/.
Minutes later, they had the driver pull over before dragging him from the car.
Police say they stole his wallet and cell phone and took off in the car, which was later abandoned in /*Brooklyn*/.
The driver was not hurt.
