The robbery happened at 750 Yonkers Avenue at 11:45 Thursday night.
Investigators said the suspects assaulted two store workers, spraying one of them with what may have been mace, and fled with cash, electronics and cigarettes.
Surveillance cameras captured the two suspects, who were last seen fleeing westbound on Yonkers Avenue.
The first suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male, approximately 5'8" tall, 170 pounds, approximately 25 years of age, and wearing a dark bandanna, blue jacket with white stripping and blue jeans.
The second suspect is also a black or Hispanic male, approximately 5'6" tall, 160 pounds, approximately 20 years of age, and wearing a baseball hat, and blue jeans.
