It's a project called "Snail Mail My Email".
You send an email to a volunteer, then, they handwrite the message and even add a doodle, like a flower petal or smiley face, and mails it to the recipient.
The creator says it's a way to make the world less cold and impersonal.
Most of the letters they get are love letters.
