The incident happened in Cedarhurst. Witnesses say the MTA bus ran a stop sign.
Fourteen kids on the school bus, who were heading to a public school in Lawrence, were all taken to the hospital for observation.
There were 19 people on the MTA bus, and several of them were injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
