Girl injured, owners arrested after pit bull attack

NEW YORK

Police removed the dog from the Abraham Lincoln Houses, on Madison Avenue off of 135th Street, Monday night.

The dog, which was not on a leash, attacked Tatiana Quinones in the hallway of her building as she returned from school.

She was taken to Harlem Hospital, where she was treated for minor wounds to her left arm.

Gary and Vincent Evans, the dog's owners, were arrested.
