According to The New York Times, the Bronx DA's office says Kerik will testify at Frank and Peter DiTommaso's trial. Their case dates to a 2006 grand jury investigation of Kerik, who's serving a four-year term in federal prison.
The brothers' case is set to begin Monday and expected to last a month. It's not clear when Kerik will testify.
They had told a grand jury their construction company hadn't paid for renovations to Kerik's apartment. Kerik later pleaded guilty to receiving $165,000 in free renovations.
He's also pleaded guilty to charges of lying to the White House while being vetted for the Homeland Security post in 2004.
