28-year-old Corey Glover was under arrest Sunday night and was charged with 5 counts of Felony Assault.
Police say he slashed four of the men outside a methadone clinic in the Mott Haven section on Saturday.
The fifth victim was attacked about 9 blocks away.
The victims were all treated for cuts to their faces.
