A smoke shop, operating next to a day care, was shut down after state investigators seized 220 pounds of illegal cannabis products, worth an estimated $1.4 million.

Thankfully, no students were on the bus and no injuries were reported.
Officials say the suspect opened fire on the B44 bus near Rogers Avenue and Empire Boulevard at around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.
The victim, who was slashed in the face, is expected to survive. Detectives believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
