Short Hills Mall murder jury deliberations to continue Thursday

SHORT HILLS, New Jersey (WABC) -- Jury deliberations continue Thursday in the Short Hills Mall murder trial in New Jersey.

Basim Henry is the first of four men standing trial for the December 2013 deadly shooting of Dustin Friedland.

Earlier, the judge clarified to the jury that the suspect can be held accountable for the murder even if he didn't pull the trigger.

Friedland was gunned down in front of his wife while the suspects were trying to steal their car.
