Man shot to death in basement of Fordham restaurant; gunmen sought

The victim was shot in the head inside the basement of the M Lounge Restaurant at 2362 Jerome Ave. in the Fordham section just after 4:25 a.m. He was then brought outside to the sidewalk, where he was pronounced dead.
