NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's an AccuWeather Alert for slick travel into Saturday morning as snow falls across the Tri-State area.



Look for a coating to an inch of snow in areas south and east of the city, and 1-3" of snow to the north and west.



The coldest air mass in nearly 2 years settles into the region for Sunday and Monday.
