Music teacher accused of sexually abusing students
Renee Stoll has details on the arrest of a man charged with sexually abusing two girls at a Long Island music school.

HICKSVILLE, N.Y. (WABC) -- A Connecticut man is accused of sexually abusing two girls at a Long Island music school where he taught.

Kenton Burt, 62, of Kent, was employed as a music instructor at the Burt Music School on Newbridge Road.

He is accused of sexually abusing the two female students between the ages of 9 and 14 during private lessons.

The attacks apparently continued from January 2012 to March 2015.

He was arrested at the Hicksville school.

He faces two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

He was arraigned Friday in Hempstead.

The investigation is continuing.
