A 24-year-old driver is back in court to face charges in a speeding crash on Long Island that left two teenagers dead.
Craig Laucella, Brendan DiThomas, Shawn Cavanaugh, James Bove, Chris Flood, and Steve Munday make up a six-man crew from the high-tension department.
The fire broke out in the home on 9th Street just after 6 a.m. Firefighters encountered heavy flames and smoke due to windy conditions upon their arrival.
Police say 35-year-old Alberto Garcia broke into the home through unlocked living room window, went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife.
The driver struck the curb, drove across the intersection and through the house.
The fire started at the home on Gardner Avenue in Hicksville at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
