GARDEN CITY Susan Williams, of Garden City, was arraigned Monday morning before Judge Norman St. George on a grand jury indictment charging her with criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal solicitation.

These are in addition to the charges she is already facing. She pleaded not guilty to charges.

The judge set bail at $2 million bond or $1 million cash. She is due back in court May 25.

Williams allegedly agreed to pay $20,000 for the contract killing of her husband. But the mother of four was actually talking with an undercover police detective.

Williams could face up to 25 years in prison if she is convicted.
