Minimum relative humidity values will drop to 35 to 45 percent tomorrow and winds will be breezy from the northwest with gusts up to 15 to 20 mph across portions of the Capital District, Catskills, Taconics, and Mid Hudson Valley. These conditions will contribute to an elevated risk of fire spread tomorrow afternoon.
